Raw Mango Salad recipe

Ingredients

  • Turmeric - a pinch
  • Green chilli (cut) - 1 No.
  • Onion (finely cut) - ½
  • Coriander leaves
  • Green Mango – 1 No.
  • Red chilli powder - ¼ tsp

Cooking Instructions

Cut mango in small cubes.

Cut onions and add to the mangoes.

Add turmeric and red chilli powder. Toss well.

Garnish with coriander leaves.

Add salt before you serve so that water is not released in advance.

If mango is sour, you could add a little sugar too.
