Anda Ghotala recipe


  • Garlic-2 to 3 cloves
  • Onion (chopped)-1
  • Tomato (chopped)-6 to 8
  • Red pepper Powder-1 tsp
  • Turmeric-1/2 tsp
  • Coriander powder-4 tbsp
  • Oil-4 tbsl
  • Salt-As required

Cooking Instructions

Take a pan put oil in it and fry onion in it and saute it.

After that add garlic chopped, tomato and mix it well.

Now add salt, red pepper, turmeric, coriander powder and mix it well.

Now leave it for a while until tomato gets soft.

Take eggs and beat them well after that add it in a pan and cook it.
