Sweet Potato Halwa recipe


  • Sweet potato ½ kg
  • Ghee 1 cup
  • Milk 1 kg
  • Sugar 250g
  • Green cardamom 8

Cooking Instructions

Wash sweet potato and then boil in sufficient water. Remove skin and mash it.

Heat ghee in a pan and sizzle cardamom then add mashed sweet potato.

After 5 minutes, add milk and cook. When milk is near to dry then add sugar.

When sugar is completely dissolved and milk dries. Remove from heat and serve.
