Heat oil in a deep bottomed pan and fry the onions till golden brown.
Add ginger , garlic , turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, chopped meat and salt to taste.
Cover and cook on a medium heat for about 10-12 minutes.
Add the chopped chillies, tomatoes and coriander leaves , mix well.
Cover and cook on a medium heat for about 45-50 minutes.
Serve hot with rice or naan.
