Makhni Mutton Karhai recipe


  • Mutton boiled ½ kg small botis
  • Yogurt ½ cup
  • Lemon juice ¼ cup
  • Butter 2 ounce+2 ounce
  • Oil ¼ cup
  • All spice 1 tea spoon
  • Coriander leaves as required
  • Green chilies as required
  • Ginger julienne as required
  • Ginger garlic 1 table spoon
  • Crushed red pepper 1 table spoon
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tea spoon
  • Salt 1 tea spoon
  • Roasted coriander 1 tea spoon

Cooking Instructions

Heat butter and oil. Add mutton boiled fry for 5 mints with ginger garlic paste, add salt cover and cook for 10 mints.

Add crushed black pepper, red pepper, coriander crushed cover and cook.

Then add yogurt and 2 tbsp butter in the end.

Lastly add Ginger julienne, Coriander leaves, Green chilies, all spice and cook covered till oil comes on the top.

Serve it with Naan.
