Heat oil in a pan.
Add choped onions.
Fry it till pinkish.
Add chopped tomatoes, ginger/garlic, salt, ground red chillies, ground dhania and garam masala powder.
Fry well till tomatoes mashed then lastly add liver and don''t fry more than 8 mins.
Sprinkle fresh corriander. Serve hot with roti and salad.
