Tomato Rice recipe

Ingredients

  • Rice 2 cups
  • Tomatoes 4
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Nigella seeds 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Lemons 2
  • Curry leaves 2
  • Green chilies 6
  • Oil 1 cup

Cooking Instructions

Drain the water of the rice and boil it. Then simmer for 5 minutes.

Take oil in the pan and add in 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 4 chopped tomatoes and 1 tbsp red chili powder. Mix it and add in rice.

Add in some salt, crushed black pepper, 1 tsp nigella seeds and 6 chopped green chilies. mix it. In the end, add in lemon juice and serve it hot.
