Murg Dhania Qorma recipe


  • Chicken 1
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Chopped green coriander 2 bunch
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Ginger 1 tbsp
  • Chopped garlic ½ tbsp
  • Chopped green chilies 10
  • Salt to taste
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Chopped onion 2
  • Oil1 cup

Cooking Instructions

Take 1 cup oil in the pan and add in 2 chopped onions and fry till they are golden brown. Take it out.

Add in chicken in the pan and add in 1 tsp turmeric, salt, 1 tbsp ginger and ½ tbsp garlic. Cook it till the water dries.

Mix chopped green chilies, 1 tsp all spice powder and 2 chopped onion in the yogurt and add it in the pan the water dries.

Cook it. Add in chopped green coriander and 1 tsp crushed black pepper. cook it for 5 minutes and simmer. Dish it out and serve with rice.
